1. Use of the App

PilatesPro is an iOS application that builds a personalised Pilates plan around your goals, the time you have available, and your pace. Access to core functionality requires an active subscription.

You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass or manipulate its subscription controls, is prohibited.

2. No Account Required

You are not required to create an account to use PilatesPro. Your plan, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The app is free to download, but a paid subscription is required to access key features. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own policies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to support the app:

• Superwall for paywall presentation and subscription handling.
• Apple for payment processing and subscription management.

No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

5. Health and Safety

PilatesPro provides general fitness and movement content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a medical condition such as chronic back pain.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical attention. You take part in any exercise at your own risk.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful or unintended purposes.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent its core functions.
• Exploit bugs or errors in the app.

We reserve the right to restrict access if the app is used in ways that violate these terms or compromise its functionality.

7. Age Requirement

PilatesPro is intended for use by adults. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising any use by minors.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular fitness outcome or result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neura LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
