PilatesPro does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.

The information you enter to build your plan — your goals, the time you have available, your pace, and any focus areas you select — is stored locally on your device.

We receive anonymised, aggregated information about subscription events from the services listed below. This cannot be used to identify you.

2. How We Use Your Data

Information stored on your device is used solely to build and adjust your Pilates plan. Subscription information is used only to determine whether your subscription is active.

3. Third-Party Services

• Superwall for paywall presentation and subscription handling.
• Apple for payment processing and subscription management through the App Store.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Health Information

The focus areas you choose, such as back pain or postpartum recovery, may be considered health-related information. This stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. PilatesPro does not read from or write to Apple Health.

5. Your Privacy Controls

Because your information is stored on your device, deleting the app removes it. You can also reset your plan within the app at any time.

Subscription records are held by Apple and can be managed in your Apple account settings.

6. Children's Privacy

PilatesPro is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
